# Casting my cares on You

> A personal prayer to bring your worry to God and ask for a peace beyond understanding.

Father,
my mind is racing and my heart feels tight.
You tell me not to be anxious, but to bring everything to You,
so that is what I am doing now.

I cast my anxiety on You, because You care for me.
Take the worry I cannot put down on my own.
Guard my heart and my mind with the peace I cannot explain,
the peace that comes only from You.

Help me to trust You with what I cannot control,
one breath, one moment at a time.
