Father God,
thank You for this new morning and for breath in my lungs.
Before I pick up my phone or my worries, I give this day to You.

Let me hear of Your unfailing love this morning,
for I put my trust in You.
Go ahead of me into everything I will face,
and help me to walk closely with You through it.

Make me kind, make me patient, make me aware of the people around me.
Whatever today holds, I know that You hold me.
