Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Sellah account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and lives here on the web so you can request deletion even without the app installed.

The fastest way is from inside the app:

• Open Sellah and go to Settings.
• Tap Account, then Delete account.
• Confirm when prompted.

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile and preferences (name, tradition, prayer times)
• Your saved prayers and saved verses
• Your journey, mood check-ins and streak data
• Any media you created for sharing (prayer and verse videos)

If you’ve lost access to your account, you can still request deletion by email. Write to us from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete your Sellah account and data:

We verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

A small amount of data may be retained where the law requires it, for example billing and transaction records needed for tax and accounting obligations. It is kept only for as long as those obligations require, is never used to rebuild your profile, and is then deleted.
