Lord, my heart is troubled and my thoughts will not rest. You know the fears I carry, even the ones I cannot name.
Jesus, I trust in You. Into Your hands I place this worry and the hours ahead. Let me not run anxiously toward tomorrow, for today has troubles enough of its own, and Your grace is enough for each of them.
Holy Mary, pray for me; all you saints, pray with me, that I may rest in the peace of God.
Through Christ our Lord, Amen.
